1. We call you first

Every order is confirmed by phone. A member of our team calls you to check the delivery address and answer any questions before the parcel leaves.

2. You receive a tracking code

Once the parcel is dispatched, we send you the courier tracking number by SMS or email.

3. Follow it with the courier

Enter that code on the courier website shown in the message to see the current status of your delivery.

If your order was confirmed more than three working days ago and you have not received a tracking code, contact us and we will check it for you.
